We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Communication Assistant to manage online customer interactions for a reputed brands.

The role involves responding to social media messages, assisting customers with product selections, and converting inquiries into sales — all through digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok.

This is a remote position ideal for female candidates who are confident, polite, and fluent in Tamil, Sinhala, and English. You will play a key role in representing the brand’s image, providing excellent online service, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) in a polite, timely, and professional manner.
Guide customers through the buying process — from product inquiries to order confirmation.
Suggest suitable alternatives or colour options when a requested item is unavailable, ensuring customer satisfaction and potential conversion.
Share product images, size details, and pricing information accurately.
Maintain response quality, tone, and timing according to company standards.
Update product availability and information in coordination with the website team.
Record daily communication activity and report to the Sales Communication Executive.
Handle customer data (contact numbers, social media IDs, etc.) with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude in all interactions.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

Languages: Excellent communication in Tamil, Sinhala, and English (both written and spoken).
Education: Minimum G.C.E. A/L or Diploma level; higher education in Marketing, IT, or Communication is an advantage.
Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in customer service, online sales, or social media communication will be an added advantage.
Tech Skills:
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp business tools.
Basic understanding of online shopping or e-commerce platforms.
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Ability to respond promptly and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
Friendly, persuasive, and patient personality.
