X4 Digital Labs is a growing tech startup based in Mawanella, developing our own products and working with clients across various industries. With a team of 20 and multiple projects running concurrently, we're looking for a junior Project Manager to help coordinate workflows, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential as the company scales.

Salary: LKR 50,000 - 60,000

Work Mode: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9.00 am to 6 pm)

You'll Do:

Track project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate between clients, devs, and founders
Run standups and status meetings
Manage project documentation
Flag risks and bottlenecks early
Use PM tools to keep everything visible

You Need:

6 months to 1 year coordinating projects (any industry)
Basic understanding of software development
Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
Comfortable with PM tools (Jira/Trello/Asana/Slack)
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive
Able to work under pressure

Bonus Points:

CS/IT background or bootcamp training
Familiarity with WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, Next.js
Startup or agency experience
