X4 Digital Labs (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and talented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to present financial information clearly during internal meetings.

This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, assisting with tax documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records. Candidates should possess good English communication skills and be confident in presenting reports or discussing numbers in front of management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, receipts, and payments.
Prepare, maintain, and reconcile ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage invoices, bills, and expense records with accuracy and timeliness.
Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Maintain organized documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and government regulations.
Collaborate with auditors, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.
Present financial updates, reports, and summaries confidently in team or management meetings.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
AAT / CMA / ACCA (part-qualified or pursuing) is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting principles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
Professional attitude and confidentiality with company data.
Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
