We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Designer who can transform ideas into visually stunning designs across multiple formats. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, think out of the box, and be able to handle everything from static designs to motion and video content.

Key Responsibilities

Design flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials
Create logos, brand identities, icons, and custom design elements
Design UI elements, graphics, and visual assets for digital platforms
Create and edit videos, motion graphics, reels, and short promotional content
Develop creative concepts and visual ideas from scratch
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful designs
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative styles
Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer / Visual Designer
Strong creativity with an eye for detail, color, typography, and composition
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar
Ability to work on both static and motion/video designs
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs quickly
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work

Nice to Have

Experience in branding and marketing design
Knowledge of UI/UX principles
Basic animation or motion graphics skills
Experience working with startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments
